Orders are placed and arranged directly with us on WhatsApp, which is also where delivery is confirmed.

How to order

Message us on WhatsApp with the products you want. We reply with the total, confirm your address and agree a delivery time with you before anything is sent.

Delivery cost and timing

Delivery cost and timing depend on where you are. We tell you both in the WhatsApp conversation, before you commit to the order, so there is nothing to discover afterwards.

Where we deliver

We deliver within Jordan. If you are outside Jordan, message us and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If something arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp with a photo and we will put it right.

Returns

For hygiene reasons we cannot resell a product once it has been opened.
